Guided Return to Exercise
​We offer small group Postnatal Pilates led by Exercise Physiologists. Our classes are open for up to 4 members so they can be tailored to your particular needs and stage in postpartum recovery. ​

All clients entering our clinical classes led by an Exercise Physiologist must attend an initial consultation, rebates may be available.​​
​
This class has a maximum of 4 people to ensure close instruction, supervision and modifications can be provided to a high standard.

Postpartum Recovery
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (GP/specialist clearance required). We focus on core strength, pelvic floor, posture & safe movement after birth. We consider your birth experiences and modify exercise according to delivery, whether vaginal or caesarean section. ​​

We can provide home exercise programs including strength and mobility for any musculoskeletal concerns common during postpartum, in particular postural pain related to breastfeeding, core weakness, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), pelvic floor weakness or hypertonicity concerns.

Connect with Community
Meet other mums and share your experiences. We know community and support network is so important for postpartum mental health. Grab a coffee after class and connect with other mums -- there are lots of local cafes to treat yourself at!
Bubs are most welcome at appointments and classes -- bring a mat, bouncer, or leave them sleeping in their capsule or pram. If they want to get involved, we’ll provide exercises you can do with your bub!
We are currently welcoming bubs up to 12 months of age.
