Specialising in the Pregnant and Postpartum body, this type of bodywork is guided by each individual and the tension patterns that reveal themselves throughout each session. This treatment is centred around relieving pain and tension and can optimise baby positioning for pregnant individuals preparing for birth. This service can also support those with pain (not related to pregnancy or postpartum) and trauma-related pelvic floor concerns.
